Portfolio 1: A foodbank charity
Tech Dragon has helped a charity setup a Microsoft account for a group of 10 individuals. This included setting up laptops, Microsoft 365 accounts; ranging from Exchange setup to OneDrive. The setup was a success story for the chairman, who was super proud of Tech Dragon stepping in with their assistance. The transition was smooth where the Dragon’s also assisted on setting up cloud based shares for the team to use and enchasing Wi-Fi network coverage for the area.

Portfolio 2: IT Consultancy company
A growing client who were interested in making sure that their IT posture is correct before they grew any further. Getting the foundation is important and this is where Tech Dragon stepped in, to make sure that the third-party services used were fine tuned to be security protected and maintained for future audits such as Cyber Essentials.

Portfolio 3: Health Solutions
Required assistance in data migration from a third-party platform which restricted data sharing and IT policies for the organisation. A SharePoint site structure was generated to allow on-going projects to be created with specific document libraries and permissions set using security groups to streamline further processes.
